  Charter HOA annual meeting  
  The Charter HOA ANNUAL MEETING will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. on the lower level. The Annual Election will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Civic Center.  At that time you are able to talk about issues or to nominate either yourself or someone else for the ANNUAL ELECTION. Nominations must be presented at this meeting so that the names will be readily available to Charter members on our website at the time of the Election on Friday, April 26 at 7 p.m. also at the Civic Center.

You may make your nomination by writing a brief format telling others about you. That is all there is to do.

Last year's Annual Election was cancelled due to a lack of candidates applying for a position on the Board. This year, let us come together and make our HOA stronger.
