  Dues are payable January 1 of each year.  Your support helps defray the cost of HOA expenses including but not limited to publication of the newsletter, maintenance of the website, social events, covenant enforcement, etc.  Please feel free to use the comment/suggestion section in the Membership Form below to convey your thoughts/concerns to the Executive Board.

Reasons and Benefits for Membership:

The Charter HOA supports and coordinates covenant enforcement that applies to every residence in The Charter HOA Area (Filing #1), the goal being to maintain property values and ensure that changes enhance rather than detract from the neighborhood.

The Charter HOA provides liability insurance for Executive Board Members, Architectural Covenant Committee  and others who serve at the direction of the board.

The Charter HOA is the official voice for matters that affect The Charter HOA Area, i.e. The City of Lone Tree, South Suburban Parks and Recreation, and Eagle Ridge Elementary School, etc.

The Charter HOA supports and coordinates Neighborhood Watch efforts in The Charter HOA Area.

The Charter HOA maintains this website.

The Charter HOA periodically publishes a newsletter for members.

The Charter HOA organizes and pays for popular events for its members such as the annual Christmas Season Sleigh Ride and the annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Charter HOA selects a yard of the month each month in the summer and the Christmas Decorations winner from members of The Charter HOA.  Selection includes a yard sign and a monetary prize ($50 historically)

The Charter HOA is a source of information on concerns of its members. These include the ability of contacting board members by telephone or e-mail at any time and monthly open meetings of the HOA Board of directors.

The Charter HOA stays informed as to new development, changes, etc. in the City and provides input to City leaders. (Check out “Historical Information” for examples of our involvement in the past)
