Monthly Meeting: The Charter HOA Board meets monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at the Lone Tree Civic Center, Lower Level from 7-8 PM. All members of The Charter neighborhood are welcome to attend.
Annual Meeting: Annual Meetings are held the first Wednesday of April at 7:00 PM at the Lone Tree Civic Center (Lower Level).
Neighborhood Watch: Neighbors watching out for neighbors.
Bi-Monthly Meeting: The Charter Neighborhood Watch meets every other month on the first Wednesday of the month at the Lone Tree Civic Center in Community Room A from 5:30-6:30 PM. All members of The Charter neighborhood are welcome to attend.

Covenants: These apply to every property in the Charter HOA Area and are driven by the ACC.

Your 2025 HOA Dues are $50 and paid annually. Note: if paying via Venmo, the dues are $51.07 due to processing fees. Please make your check payable to Lone Tree Homeowners Association (LTHOA/The Charter).
